Dany S. Abou Abdallah,
M.D., D,A.B.S.M.
Dr. Abou Abdallah attended medical school in Lebanon,
and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at
the Cleveland Clinic Health System. His fellowships
in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine were
served at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse,
NY. Dr. Abou Abdallah also completed a fellowship in
Sleep Medicine at the Toledo Sleep Disorders Center,
the sleep teaching institute of Medical College of Ohio.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary
Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Disorders
Medicine. Dr. Abou Abdallah resides in the Fremont/Tiffin
area. |

Dean M. Bernardo, M.D,
D,A.B.S.M.
Dr. Bernardo is a Toledo native. After receiving his
medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College
of Medicine, Dr. Bernardo completed his residency in
Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University Hospitals.
His fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
was completed at Indiana University Medical Center in
Indianapolis. Dr. Bernardo is board certified in Internal
Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine
and Sleep Disorders Medicine. Dr. Bernardo resides in
Perrysburg. Dr. Bernardo resides in Perrysburg with
wife and son. |

Karl S. Fernandes, M.D.,
F.C.C.P., D,A.B.S.M.
A native of Toledo, Dr. Fernandes received his undergraduate
degree from the University of Toledo and his medical
degree from The Ohio State University School of Medicine.
Both his residency training in Internal Medicine and
fellowship in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine
were completed at The University of Pittsburgh. Dr.
Fernandes is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary
Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Discorders
Medicine. Prior to joining our practice, Dr. Fernandes
was in private practice at the University of Pittsburgh
Medical Center. Dr. Fernandes is married and has four
children. |

Hany Y. Khalil, M.D.,
F.C.C.P., D,A.B.S.M.
Dr. Khalil completed medical school in Egypt and attended
residencies in Pathology and Internal Medicine at Case
Western Reserve University at Cleveland Metropolitan
General Hospital and Case Western Reserve University
at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, respectively. His
fellowships in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care
Medicine were served at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine,
Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Disorders Medicine.
Dr. Khalil presently serves as the Regional Medical
Director for the Arbors subacute facilities. He resides
in Perrysburg with his wife and three children. |

Robert E. Kose, M.D.,
F.C.C.P., J.D.
A Pickerington, Ohio native, Dr. Kose earned his medical
degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
He completed his Internal Medicine residency as well
as his fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at Riverside
Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. Dr. Kose is board
certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and
Critical Care Medicine. He is past chief of the medical
staff at St. Luke's Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Kose
earned his law degree from The University Of Toledo
in 1991. Dr. Kose lives in Monclova with his two children.

Daniel J. Pipoly, M.D.,
F.C.C.P., D,A.B.S.M.
A Youngstown, Ohio native, Dr. Pipoly received his medical
degree from the University of Cincinnati College of
Medicine. His internship and residency in Internal Medicine
and fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
were completed at Jewish Hospital and Barnes Hospital
at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis.
After serving in private practice in Youngstown, Dr.
Pipoly relocated to Toledo in 1993. Board certified
in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care
Medicine and Sleep Disorders Medicine, Dr. Pipoly presently
serves as medical director for the Arbors of Sylvania
subacute facilities. He lives in Toledo with his wife
and five children. |

Louis A. Tartaglia, M.D.
Dr. Tartaglia is a board certified Sleep Specialist.
Dr. Tartaglia recently completed his fellowship program
within the Department of Neurology in Sleep/Wake Disorders
at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in
Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Tartaglia will dedicate his full
time schedule to the care and treatment of patients
with sleep disorders and to the medical supervision
of The Toledo Sleep Disorders Center. Due to his specialized
training, he is able to bring an added dimension to
the clinical approach in our Sleep Clinic in the following
clinical disorders;Treatment for insomnia, Circadian
rhythm disorders, Shift disorders.
Dr. Tartaglia lives in the Toledo area with his wife
Barbara and 4 sons.
